By REITs vs Stocks daily update – August 5, 2021
Today was strong for the stock market overall – both S&P 500 and general tech stocks increased as well. This helped with the losses I had with the $1000 I had put in to start on Wealthfront. Overall, REITs are still high at $1001.45 with Stocks starting to catch up at $1,000.55. Of course, Stocks today had higher increase, but obviously more volatile than the consistency growing real estate funds (Stocks increase: $4.55 / REIT increase: $0.05)
