Comments: After about two weeks of investment, it seems like there is growth daily even if it’s marginal (original post). Generally speaking, real estate is a long-term investment strategy, and illiquid investment where I won’t see any substantial returns for a few years.

I am however interested in seeing if they will produce higher returns over time than investing solely in the stock market. I think I’ll conduct another experiment to help with the comparison daily by putting $1000 in the stock market and comparing each side-by-side per day. More on that to come.
