Today U.S. stocks decreased – called red Tuesday from concerns as investors worried that the spread of Covid-19 will weigh on economic growth. (article)
Our stock investment decreased today $1.65, while REITs had a growth of 30 cents. Given the losses in the stock market, REITs win over stocks today!
TLDR; What’s this all about? I invested $1000 in both REITs (Real Estate Investment Trust) and the Stock Market, and now it’s a challenge to seeing which one will perform better in the next 5 years. You can read the start here.

Despite lifetime growth in these individual funds, US stocks dropped by 0.5% from last week going from 3.0% overall growth to 2.5%. We’ll see how the rest of the week turns out.
